Derek and his team were not only highly professional but also very attentive to our needs. Our home had a 50+ year-old oil boiler for a (water) radiator heating system and we were looking to replace it with a new, natural gas boiler. Custom Aire’s quote was (by far) the most competitive and the work was done to specifications. There were no “hidden” costs, and one of the technicians (Zak) even returned days after the project was completed to install a smart thermostat I purchased since it needed special wiring. Derek’s team was even able to connect with a contractor to remove the massive 1,200lb. oil boiler and the (rusting) oil tanks.

Joe came out to our house for service call last week. Heater was not running. He found the chimney was backed up and told us to have chimney cleaned. He came back and did a through job cleaning the heater it self. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job. I highly recommend Custom Aire for any of your heating issues.
