Our technicians work on furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, ductless mini-splits, humidifiers, and water heaters. An in-house sheet metal shop means custom ductwork is fabricated on-site rather than outsourced, and 24/7/365 emergency service means nobody in our coverage area waits until morning for help. Planned Maintenance Agreement members receive priority dispatch and pay no overtime fees for after-hours calls.

Do you work on systems you didn't install?
Yes. Custom Aire services all major residential and commercial HVAC brands, regardless of who installed them. If you bought a home with an existing system or had a different contractor do the original install, that’s not a problem.
How does your emergency service actually work after hours?
Custom Aire runs 24/7/365 emergency service with real on-call technicians, not an answering service. Planned Maintenance Agreement members receive priority dispatch and pay no overtime fees for after-hours calls. Standard customers are dispatched on a first-available basis.
What types of systems do your technicians actually work on?
Our NATE-certified technicians service furnaces, central air conditioners, boilers, ductless mini-splits, humidifiers, and water heaters across all three counties. On the commercial side, we handle rooftop units, commercial boilers, and multi-zone systems.
What does a new installation come with?
Every Custom Aire installation is backed by a 10-year parts and labor warranty, automatic and at no extra charge. Qualifying installs may also be eligible for PECO rebates. Trane financing is available through our dealership for customers who prefer to spread the cost.
