We are a family owned and operated business dedicated to serving the needs of our community with honesty and integrity. Here at Custom-Aire, we believe that giving back to community is essential. We wouldn’t be in business without the support and referrals of our neighbors. We have done many things around our neighborhood to show our appreciation. We have participated in Adopt-a-Highway Program and the Salvation Army’s Coat Drive. We have donated to the local library, Kings Library, so they could stock their shelves with the newest book editions. We have made donations the local schools, food drives, and the Memorial Day Parade. Within the last four years, we have been giving a family in need a free heating system around the holidays. Two years ago, a family with five foster children had a heating system that broke in the middle of winter. We had one of our venders donate a heating system and we donated the labor to install the new system. Last year, one of our customers lost her job and could not afford a new heating system. The existing one, at the time, was broken beyond repair. We had another one of our venders donate the system and we donated the labor to install a brand new system for her. We do not want to see any of our customers struggle with the cold or hot weather. Giving back is about helping people, but also gaining an understanding about each other and a sense of human compassion.
